Why was I only given 5-1/2 hours notice before my prepaid plan was about to expire? Every other time my prepaid plan was about to expire, I got at least 3 DAYS advance notice in a text message, but this time, it was only 5-1/2 HOURS! I almost missed the payment deadline due to this very LATE notification!
I have to chuckle because you're blaming T-Mobile for something that is YOUR responsibility. Set up a recurring notification if you need to.
