Are you a post paid or prepay customer?
Prepay accounts don't have detailed billing and won't show payments.

Hey, nick29! It sounds like you have both a postpaid and pay in advance account? In that case, you should be able to see your payment history on MyT-Mobile for the postpaid account pretty easily!
1. Log in to MyT-Mobile
2. Click BILLING at the top of the page
3. Scroll down to the bottom and click Account History
4. Select the desired length of time from the drop down on the right
5. Select the Payments tab
This option won't work for the pay-in-advance account, though -- you can have receipts for payments generated at a retail location if you complete your refill at the point of sale system, or you can refer back to your credit card or banking account statement.
