Sorry for the confusion. Once you log into my.t-mobile.com, you will see "View Bill" just to the right of "Pay Bill" where it shows your balance due.
how stupid, you can't see your bil on support you know the one links send you too. you have to god forbid log into another website. keep it simple stupids.
