Just wanted to give a shout out of thanks to Drew who helped me this Sunday at about 2pm west coast time.
I was pretty cranky because I had tried the previous evening and then that morning to pay for my wifi hotspot. I had like 20 emails from T-mobile saying thank you for paying but still no wifi. I even went and bought refill cards but still no dice even thought the balance showed on my account page.
Drew listened to my problem then outlined the process and took me through it. So thank you Drew!
Now T-mobile I love your rates and connect quality for cell and wifi but gosh darn it please please improve the prepaid part of your website - mim.t-mobile.com. !
