Digits maximum number of devices error

    I just signed up for Digits 5 days ago but when I try to log on the app on my phone, I get an error message that I've signed into the maximum number of devices. Since I signed up less than a week ago and only have one phone, how can I be maxed out? I can see both lines in MyT-Mobile account, just can't get it to work on my phone. The T-Mobile store says it's a known error and an update will fix it, but there's been no update. I'm paying for a service that I can't use.  Help please.
