BTW, I satisfy all the requirements for unlocking the device. Even the customer service said I do satisfy all the requirements.

2 of 2 people found this helpfulContact TMobile in FB or Twitter .Give them the IMEI number. After verification delete the apps cache and data and reboot. Then try again.

Were you able to get a hold of T-Force as snn555 suggested? If so, were they able to get your phone unlocked? If it's still not unlocked, have you returned to a T-Mobile service area and do you still have a T-Mobile SIM in it?
