You'll have to call T-Mobile or contact them on social media as we cannot as customers check your account in the community forum.
I apparently am missing a statement and notice on my phone that my bill is due today. I would like to know if my account is still set up for paper bill and not paperless.
If you setup MyT-Mobile you can see if it is or not.
tap on profile in the upper right
billings and payments
right there you can turn it off or on.
