This is a legitimate message for which you should reach out to T-Mobile via phone call or social media and have a password or pin attached it to your account to prevent unauthorized porting out. What is happening is thieves are taking and porting out customers numbers to other prepaid carriers and intern can now receive Bank codes and other confirmation text that will allow them to get into someone's Financial accounts.
