T-Mobile bill charges


    Hey , I am also experiencing these charges and spiked bill my family plan of two lines has went from 130$ to 495$ these past two  months I had no other choice but to pay my long hours at work make it impossible to deal with this but I took time off to go to a retail store and that was a waste of time I got no help and was told to call customer service as I did and they basically said they couldn’t help me I would have to return to the store that authorized the line that I DIDNT authorize and the plan i seen on the bill which I didn’t authorize as well , terrible customer service i don’t want to have to close out these lines but paying almost 500$ in charges is not a option
