S7 updated - now no T-Mobile service

    My wife just updated her S7 and now she is unable to connect to the T-Mobile network.  She is able to connect to our WiFi and has the ability to make calls over WiFi.  All other phones in our house (my S5 and the daughters J7s) are currently connected to the T-Mobile network.

    I have disabled WiFi calling - no changes.

    I have looked at the SIM card - no visual discoloration of the copper.

    Restarted multiple times - no changes.

    Anything else that I can try before we go to the T-mobile store (closest one is ~an hour away)?
