Customer Service and Math does not Match at T Mobile

    I bought an iPhone  X on November 23rd, I paid $366.00 deposit, I sent the phone back the same day with their label, they agreed they received the phone. My checking account shows $366.24 out to Tmobile and $366.24 in from Tmobile.

    They canceled my account for a past due (guess for how much? $366.24) but this was done after I spend hours and hours on the phone and on their website.

    Now they want me to send them my checking account showing my statement on a prepaid phone line.

    I just give up and sent their CEO John Legere a twit to see if he responds, if he doesn't, I will just move on.
