No signal - 7 hours  - traveling in Dominican Republic


    When my wife and I arrived in Dominican Republic, we had no problems, connected well to local carriers, but as of 6:30 am this morning, Saturday 13th of Jan 2018. No service on any carrier. Customer Support has confirm there is a known network problem in multiple countries and that they are working on it. Both lines/phones are down... we are rebooting every hour to see if it gets back, so far no luck. Anybody else in the region of Caribbean with issues of “No Service”? I would like some updates from Tmobile, but so gar i have to reach out to them...
