My phone was randomly suspended.

    All my bills are up to date and everything is fine. My internet wasn't working for 1-2 weeks straight so I call 611 and when I ended the call my line is suddenly suspended. Customer service is Monday-Friday but I can't usually call for a variety of reasons.

     

    Anyhow, my question is if I can go get my line unsuspended from a t-mobile store.

        Wow, I'm really sorry to hear your service was suspended, but this is still something we can get resolved. You should still be able to reach out to our Care folks today and have them work on your account. You can also reach out to our T-Force folks using our social media links on our Contact Us page. Just a side note. I know your post hasn't been resolved yet. My apologies, I marked it by accident. I'll still keep an eye out for this thread so please keep me posted on this after you reach out so I know your account has been taken care of.

            I do not have a T-mobile id and can't set one up either since I can't verify it's me via phone number (because my line is suspended). Is there another method I can try?

                Hmm. Are you going through the "Message Us" link on that Contact Us page? I'm thinking that's the only reason you'd be asked for your T-Mobile ID. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you should be able to click the one of those links and sign in. If you use Twitter for example, you'll want to include @TMobileHelp in your message. Then one of our T-Force specialist will message you back and get you the help you need for your account.
