Note 8 BOGO DENIED - bought from Costco

    Hi

    Please help. My BOGO submission was denied. I talked to TMO rebate rep and he is saying that I need to be TMO-One plan. I am grandfathered and has been with TMO for the last 8 years. Costco TMO rep told me that I can just add another new line using my Simple Plan (grand-fathered) and that I am qualified for the Note8 BOGO promo.

     

    Do I really need to upgrade to TMOBILE-One plan in order to be qualified? If someone told me about this from the beginning I would NOT have sign-up for this BOGO promo.
