unable to log in to any network

    I'm in the UK. I've never had any trouble with my phone here, but for the last 2 days I've had no service. When I try to register on any network, automatically or manually, I get an "unable to connect" message. If I try to use wifi calling, I get error message REG99 - "unable to connect." I spent 30 landline minutes last night with TMobile reps who tried the usual - turn your phone on & off, etc. - no success. Currently waiting for an email on my repair ticket.

     

    I get good service from all networks on my UK phone, so it's not a tower problem. Does this sound like a sim card problem? Anyone else have any ideas? Thanks!
