          Hey, magenta3630918! Can you let us know a little more about what's happening? Did you receive a notification about an order placed on your account? If you visit MyT-Mobile, in the Alerts section on the right hand side, can you see any information about the order to get a better idea of what's going on?

            I'm just stopping by to see if you've had a chance to read of the two replies that have been posted on your thread so far. We have a few questions for you so we can figure out why you received a new phone even though you didn't order one. Please get back to us if you haven't gotten to the bottom this so we can help out.
