How do I add someone as an authorzed user on my acct

            Howdy, magenta3577757. Just wanted to check in here and see if you were able to find what you're looking for. The steps that gramps28 should get you what you need if it's online permissions that you're after. If you're trying to add someone as an authorized user so that they can call our Care team or visit a retail location and make changes to the account on your behalf, then we'd need to have you Contact Us to add the user in our system. It's also good to bear in mind that they'll need to know the last four of your SSN when they call in; although we recommend setting up a password that can be used instead (this helps secure your account against unauthorized access, too, so it's a win-win!).
