So I just got the T-Mobile Revvl Plus today, and I got home and noticed the battery was low. I plugged it in and left for a couple hours. Before I left I made sure that it was charging, and indeed it was(It showed the lightning bolt in the battery icon). When I got back the phone was dead! I tested the outlets and tried charging other phones with the charger that was in the box, and everything works fine. Would love to know what the issue is because I have no clue
I might exchange the unit in store for a new unit. If that one does it too then there may be a manufacturer issue. Do both before 14 days.
