No help from T-Mobile store with replacing defective iPhone


    Terrible experience with new iPhone 8 and T-Mobile Store at 510 1st Ave N in Seattle. The phone is barely two weeks old and had issues from the start. This morning it began rebooting every 30 seconds. The store representative and assistant manager refused to replace the phone. They say I should go to Apple store instead and make my case there. I have purchased the phone from a T-Mobile store, NOT the Apple store. Terrible.
