I didn't see anything in the terms on our systems saying that the offer wasn't redeemable with EIP. Have you reached out the Samsung Pay team about this not being mentioned in the FAQ's?
Hi Mike - I did try emailing the address provided in the email stating my
receipt did not meet the criteria, as well as the customer service email
for the promotion. They are the ones who told me my EIP couldn't be
accepted. Their email is as follows:
Thank you for contacting HelloWorld regarding the T-Mobile Upload your
receipt. Get Rewarded Offer. Your receipt was rejected cause we can not
accept equipment installment plans.

Ah shucks, okay, thanks for letting us know what they said. It's a bit odd I didn't find any info saying that was a stipulation, but I'm glad they replied back with a reason. For what it's worth, I'm thankful you came back and told us this. This could be really helpful for other folks that may have the same question.
