I would like to have my caller ID information updated to match the name on my account.
I tried following the steps in the T-Mobile Help article for this topic but did not have success. (Line Settings wasn’t under my profile)
My caller ID is still showing the person‘s name who had my number before me.
Can you please escalate this request to the Caller ID databases?
I had a similar issue. I called in and they fixed it right over the phone
You would need to call customer care to have it updated. Now to take in mind that there are a lot of databases dealing with caller id. T-mobile only updates their own and it's affiliates. The rest will follow when they feel like it.
