Poor Data Service at Logan Airport.


    I'm a part time Uber driver, and I've noticed at the Logan Airport Uber/Lyft waiting lot the data speeds seem to be painfully slow.  I get enough coverage, however the network seems to be really overloaded.  Sometimes to the point that I have issues getting pings.  It would be great if there was some way to add some capacity there.  It's been an issue for a few months so I doubt it's an outage.  The location of the waiting is 1 Tomahawk Drive in Boston MA.  I don't think it's my phone because I have heard others complaining about the issue on the Uberpeople Boston Forum.

        Oh what a bummer my friend but thank you for coming here to let us know about this. I checked this address and it does show that there's some congestion in this area that could be causing some of the slowness. I do see that our engineers are aware of what's going on, but I don't have an ETR. I did see a ticket open for this area so that's a good sign of engineers working on this for you and the other folks in this location.

          Thanks!  It would be great if this could be done ASAP as not having reliable data service at this waiting lot affects our income.
