Who can help billing disputes and customer service complaints?


    I finally received a credit in September for something that was billed incorrectly in May. This in turn has created a worse problem. My September bill showed a credit of $149 but now there's a charge for unpaid restoration fees for $174 and my recurring monthly charge went up from $168 to $257. I've called to have this fixed and it's only made it worse. Customer service representative promise they will fix it and haven't done anything. Finally last week a representative gave me a credit for $200 and deleted a payment arrangement because he said it wasn't necessary. Today I woke up and my services were interrupted. Now I have no service and they won't restore unless I make a payment. Seems unfair that it wasn't my fault and nothing can be done.
