Recently spoke to T-mobile customer care - at very first time they told that Prepaid customers are not allowed on DIGITS,
after this have googled it found the answer in this forum that Prepaid numbers are allowed on DIGITS.
After this, have logged the another call to T-mobile Customer Care and this time have got transferred to DIGITS team to speak with them, have spoken to the person and He told that Prepaid plan which is starting from 45 bucks+ per month can only be enrolled for DIGITS.
Now, May i Know the real rules of T-mobile DIGITS, As am having doubt that DIGITS are allowed for certain category plans on Prepaid. Your help will be much appreciated.
Yes, that is right. Prepaid plans starting 45+ are allowed for DIGITS but just to use in-app. Prepaid accounts are technically single line account and hence you CANNOT have a DIGITS T&T Line or a DATA with PAIRED DIGITS in each of which you need a second number associated with your account. Pay-As-You-Go plan is also not compatible with DIGITS.
