You mentioned you have DIGTS and everything works fine now, does that mean you set up DIGITS with your ZTE and another device and now it is working? What happens when you try to make a phone call in any other circumstance? Has the SIM card been updated for the new device?

I have same problem. I am not able to receive or make call from my ZTE watch using its number. I can make calls and receive calls thriugh bluettoh connected with my cell phone. only internet is working on my ZTE watch,
I found that the problem is about the waiting time, I turned it off for 15 hours, then when I turned on, it works. Check the cellular in setting, the watch should be displayed the number of the main line.
