Can receive text but cannot reply. Digits on iOS says line status inactive. Digit working fine from web interface for the same line.


    iOS app on work phone: iPhone 7

    Versions: Latest iOS, latest Digits app (installed today).


    I did enable/register for Digits on this line today morning.


    Issue: Can receive text but cannot reply. iOS Digits app in settings pane shows line status inactive.


    When I receive a text, I see notification from iOS, and tapping on it opens the message window in Digits app. But I cannot reply.

    For the web interface from my PC, I can receive and sent texts.


    I have e911 address updated.

    Background cellular data access enabled.

    All access to the Digits app enabled.
