Oh my goodness! We don't want you to have to pay for a phone you already returned! Your tracking number shows that it was delivered so we just need to find out what happened when the device was checked in to the warehouse. I know you said that you have spoken with our care teams already on this but what did they say? Did they say that we found the phone?
