Jump Upgrade is NOT GOOD and TMobile charges for the devices they have recieved


    Guys I am fedup with the Tmobile customer care... If someone who can resolve the below issue it would be great. I had upgraded from S7 edge to S8 plus in the month of May 2017 and shipped back my old device through USPS 92162901067815500149376484 and TMobile received the device on May 8th 2017, but  I am still being charged every month for the phone which they received . I contacted customer care from the past 7 months and issue still not resolved.
