File a Complaint - I have been cheated


    I got a new phone and returned my old phone to TMobile for a 300$ credit. I got a message today that my phone has a cracked screen and they will not give me any credit. I asked them to return the phone if they cannot give any credit and they refuse to return the phone.

    Either apply the fair credit - 300$ less price to fix a cracked screen or return my phone.

    I am a loyal customer with 5 lines with 5 IPhones and this is how I get cheated.


    Can someone tell me how I can speak to someone in corporate?
