Hi, I have the Jump on Demand plan where I can switch phones every 30 days. First time leasing a phone, I would think it would be beneficial to me since I switch phones often. With my Note 8 on JOD, I noticed the screen scratches easier than any other phone I've had. I have a Galaxy S5, HTC One M8 and a Galaxy S7 Edge with virtually zero screen scratches and without screen protectors. No cracks on the screen on the Note 8, just several scratches, some deep, some superficial. Would it pass the T-mobile 3 point inspection with screen scratches? The body of the phone is pristine. Just don't know if T-mobile considers screen scratches a damaged screen.
That's a really good question baltasaur.
We have a pretty good guide on how to Check for damage to a device. Scratches can be considered normal wear and tear. Cracks and broken parts are more along the lines of physical damage. I'd also try tilting the screen at an angle just to make sure there aren't and small hairline cracks on the screen before making the JOD move.
