Hey there! So this is going to be a weird one, the SyncUP DRIVE app requires at least one car connected to the account. You cannot remove Active cars or the last car on the account. Since you only have the one car in the app, if you have another vehicle you can set it up with, you should be able to go back in to the app and remove the car you want to remove. After you get it set back up correctly, you can go in and remove the second car.
