    When I attempt to log in to the SyncUP Drive application for the first time it requires my device IMEI# but when I enter my device IMEI # I get a message stating that my device is already registered by a different user and to contact support and now I have contacted support but the support guy I got think's that I cannot fix this issue and I refuse to believe that this issue cannot be resolved
