Oh man. Certainly a lot going on in here. I definitely understand any frustration, but I will let you know T-Mobile takes a pretty protective stance on employee welfare and even if you welcome them, we definitely want you to be able to get this resolved without any law enforcement help needed.
We don't have account access here on Support, but you already mentioned reaching out to on social media, have you had a chance to do that yet? I do wholeheartedly suggest trying to go in with a clean state approaching the SM team, they are a great group of people and will do anything they can to help!
I am definitely one to pop off when I reach a certain level so I get where you are coming from, it's especially touchy when it's your bottom line and money is involved. I hope we're able to get this resolved for you!
