Sorry to hear about your watch troubles! It sounds like the SIM card in the watch is a bit confused as to what the number should be. Even though on our side we have the right number assigned to the watch, the SIM card in the watch may think it is something else. This is something that we can definitely fix though. If you could please contact our tech teams, you can let them know that the watch is showing the wrong number and that they should “Send the MISDN to SIM OTA” update to your SIM card. This should resolve the issue
