Hey there! We're never stoked to hear about inconsistencies with the map. I'd love to take a closer look at the area where you're located to see if it's a compatibility issue -- I know that the S4 may not be able to take advantage of all of the frequencies our network has to offer in some areas. Do you mind providing us with a ZIP code so that we can take a closer look? Can I also ask to clarify whether you're using the LTE CellSpot or a CellSpot router? Thank you!

1 of 1 people found this helpfulI had to get back on here and explain what happen, I chatted with support (which you guys might want to re-think that slow system) and talked about situation and the only thing they could come up with is my S4 was not doing the job and I needed a new T-Mobile phone.
I did some searching online about this and found a few others in the same boat, I bought a new phone and get 4G LTE full bars now.
GOOD JOB T-MOBILE I am very happy with it.

That's great to hear! I was worried that the S4 might be the culprit -- I'm sorry you had to say goodbye to what was clearly a trusty companion (and sorry for the slow chat!) but I'm glad you're doing okay now and getting the service that you deserve! Thanks for coming back to let us know.

Well thought all was good but I may get 4G LTE at 4 to 5 bars but my speed is horrible here are my latest numbers with the cellspot running.
Download was 0.65
Upload was 0.35
This is tested with three different test programs.
Any ideas on this one?

Thanks for those details! I will say it looks like in the Camp Verde area, you'd need a 1900 compatible device to get LTE -- however, the S8 definitely fits the bill. Are these your speeds indoors and outdoors, or does it seem better/worse in certain areas of town or during certain times of day?

Same data speeds and now when I make a call I can here them but they can't
hear me, same thing with my wife's s8.

Wow! Kind of tough to have a conversation with someone who can't hear you! If this is an issue that you're having inside and outside, then we would want to have you Contact Us and work with either our Care or T-Force teams to get a service inquiry filed for your area. The calling issue and speed complaint may be related to an issue with the local site -- I don't see any outages there at a high level when I look at our internal map, but it's possible that when we look over your home address (which we wouldn't want to collect on this public forum) there may be an ongoing issue that we can pinpoint -- and if not, we definitely would like to have it reported!
