Aw shucks, that's no good magenta2426474 but we really wanna see this phone behave a lot better. I checked there's been quite a few updates since April. Some include stability and bug fixes. Does the phone give you the option to update to these later version?

No the phone gave no details as to what options are available. I took the plunge and ok the update which was a June 2017 security update. The phone appears to work ok.

Wheew! I am so sorry that that you are even having to experience this level of anxiety with an update that is supposed to help your phone! I am super glad to hear that everything is working okay after the update though.
