Paid the full amount for the device, phone is not unlocked




    I paid the full amount for the device, but the device still not locked.. when ever i call the customer care.. they are giving the ETA of 24 hrs. so far i waited for 4 days, my mobile still its not unlocked, customer care is not responding properly.. if i ask more question they are disconnecting call.. is there is any way i could unlock the phone.. ? or is there way of escalation
