this is not the first time I am having problems accessing the site - including "mytmobile" and customer service. Text message ling to pay bill is always directing to dead end info. Today the dead end "404" messages link to a MetroPCS page.Is there any way to pay my bill besides going in person to the store or calling 1-800 number??
