So ever since I’ve changed service to T-Mobile I’ve haven’t been able to check my account using the T-Mobile app. I’ve reinstalled and also contacted tech support and haven’t had any luck. There's atleast 2 tickets regarding this and it hasn't been resolved.
I've been a customer since Aug 6th and till this day I haven’t been able to use the T-Mobile app. I’m able to login through the web but what’s the point of the app if I can’t review my account through the app?!

Thanks for the video jl_online. There us something definitely wrong here. About how long ago did you have these service tickets opened up for this issue? If it has been over a week, I would recommend that you Contact Us again so that we can check the status and possibly escalate the ticket.
