I would like to see the location that is being refereed to so please go ahead and upload a screen shot. Also you have to remember that coverage is theoretical representation on any carrier map. When you experience poor coverage is it when you are outside? Are you around some form of serious obstruction ?
Anywho sorry for the rough start but the good news is that 1 bar is still usable so I wouldn't be to upset.

Just checking in here to see how things are going. Would you be able to provide me with your ZIP code and some names of nearby cross streets so I can take a closer look at the coverage map?

I drive 100 miles round trip for work and sadly loose signal like 5 areas there and back of course the map says i am covered. Does T mobile have people traveling checking their coverage I feel like this will never get fixed and I like tmobile just need to still cover more areas. And yes i am getting band 12 in allot of areas just still goes to no signal allot

T-Mobile has been reorganizing their spectrum in many markets to increase the amount dedicated to LTE. Sometimes, during this process, some signals are taken off the air.

I switched my phone to 2G only and now I get coverage where I used to lose signal when using 4G connection. Not saying you should do it, im just saying this is what I have done when I take extended drives. I have noticed my mobile internet (hotspot device) gets a reliable 4G connection better than my phone... LOL...
I am hoping T-Mobile service improves in my area, but for now I am content.

I wish T mobile would track my phone on the road as far as how many times I loose service. It’s definitely better from a year ago but on a 50 mike drive I loose service like 10 miles of it so I know I have to tell people to call me back

I'm wondering if it's just that particular area you're driving through. Have you taken a look at our coverage map to see what the expected service during that stretch? You'll wanna zoom in as close as you can to get a better picture of the coverage there. It's not completely uncommon for this to happen when traveling but as long as there's coverage, we can have a service complaint filed for that area and have our engineering folks check it out.

Good point I zoomed all the way in on 2 dead spots it shows fair coverage. Example I’m at the McDonald’s In Garyville in Louisiana and I’m having to use WiFi to send this message I have 0 service that’s one location second is HWY 44 south in Walker Louisiana no service for like three miles but map says fair. It would be great if you could look into some of these areas thanks!

You just need to understand that "Fair" means the same as "Maybe".

In fair coverage areas, signal is might be a bit of a challenge. Just looking at this location, I can see 2 towers on opposite ends and right around where Garyville is where coverage tappers off. T-Mobile is making progress for rural areas, I just can't say if or when you'll see improvements here in particular. For now, you can Contact Us and we'll get some additional info from you then file a service complaint. I know our engineers are already aware of areas like this that could use some "love" but a service complaint can still be filed and put on record in your account.

All you'll need to do is reach out to us either by calling or the social media links on our Contact Us. After that, we can have our Tech folks collect some info from you and file a service complaint to have our engineers get involved.
