EFT Processing error, do not know what to do

    I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile last month. I submitted for reimbursement for my phones which they paid for. I tried to submit for my final bill but ended up submitted the wrong thing twice. Now I finally have my final bill from Sprint but I no longer have the option to submit for reimbursement. I am still withing my 30 day window but when I log into to switch2tmobile I can not submit my final bill.
