Why do two-line accounts and 55+ get such a remarkably better deal than one line users?

I'm kind of bothered by the fact that two line accounts are now getting free Netflix and unlimited streaming and one line accounts don't. I'm already paying $20 more dollars per line but now they get additional perks on top of that? And I couldn't help but notice that people 55+ get two unlimited lines for only $30 each with free two-screen Netflix and unlimited streaming. I mean sheesh, that makes my $70 no Netflix unlimited plan look like a crappy deal, they're paying 40% of what I'm paying and they get more features. I've never seen a company have such a discrepancy in pricing for one line vs. two lines and people 55+. It just seems unfair to us other customers because the network is going to be more congested because of this.
