Account is deactivated how can I pay remaining balance?

    I have discontinued my account as I was moving out of country for an extended period of time. While deactivating me the support representative told mw that after a month you will have to login and pay the remaining balance. Now I am trying to login it says no number is associated with this account.

     

    Remember I am currently out of USA and won't be able to visit t-mobile store.
