False positives with 'scam alert/scam block' services


    So - I'm a tmobile business customer.

    I also use a web and teleconferencing service from a company called PGI.

    They have a feature that allows you to put in your phone number and have the meeting call you.

    Many times, when it calls me, I get a spam/scam alert.  Other tmobile users as well.


    It's obviously NOT a spam/scam; it's a teleconference. You have to answer, and then press 1 to join.


    Problem is they have 300 numbers that could be shows as the caller-id/ANI.

    I have the list.  Who do I send it to so that you guys can permanently remove them from your 'scam block' system?
