You mentioned this started three months ago -- this makes me wonder if one of the tower's antennae shifted? Have you had a chance to Contact Us and speak with our tech team to determine if a service inquiry can be filed for this shift? That would alert our engineering team to take a look at the tower and see if any change had occurred.
