Only T-Mobile Customers in my office has this network problem where we can only get 4G strength at our desk. We have to step out in the hallway to get LTE. This started about 3 months ago. I have Iphone 6S, the other person has a Samsung Galaxy. It sucks.
Bummer, magenta2622797! I can't imagine walking out to the hallway to get an LTE signal is much fun. You mentioned this started three months ago -- this makes me wonder if one of the tower's antennae shifted? Have you had a chance to Contact Us and speak with our tech team to determine if a service inquiry can be filed for this shift? That would alert our engineering team to take a look at the tower and see if any change had occurred.
