You'll have to call T-Mobile and make a payment arrangement.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Since you have already entered into a payment agreement I'm worried your options are extremely limited. I'm aware that once an agreement is struck- they can not be modified or edited. I highly doubt they want you to leave...especially since you have been with T-Mobile for over 10 years. Have you already tried calling back in to talk to them? If so, what did they say?
I was following this thread earlier because I wanted to double-check some information. I'm still trying to figure out if there are further steps you can take to help resolve the matter. Right now, all I can think to suggest is to call in and see if they can modify the original or make another additional agreement. If I find anything that could help you; I will post another response.
Best of luck,
Hi, magenta2636551. I just wanted to extend our thanks for your tenure and confirm that htghtg is correct, here. There is typically not a way to reset a payment arrangement once it's been created, but Contact Us to see what options we may have is going to be your best bet to be 100% sure. Sending you best wishes in this difficult situation, and thank you for taking the time to reach out here!
