Second Installment Payment Help Needed

    Hi, I am so embarrassed to be here asking this, but I have no idea where else to turn.

     

    We had a financial emergency and wasn't able to pay our August bill, called on September 1st and ended up on a payment arrangement. We were able to make the first payment with no issue, but we just realized there is no way we can make the payment on the 22nd. 

     

    Is there anyone I can talk to about postponing the payment? We've been with T-Mobile for over 10 years and I can't imagine going somewhere else for cell phone service, but I'm at my wits end.
