HOW TO UNLOCK THE SAMSUNG DEVICE PURCHASED FROM SAMSUNG.COM

    Dear T Mobile Team:

    I had purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy S8 Device directly from samsung.com and its T-Mobile Locked device. I am trying to get it unlocked since last 2-3 months and every time i call/chat t mobile agent they are taking me around?

     

    I have already paid off this device, and should be unlocked without any other condition can you please let me know what is the right procedure to get it unlocked.
