I'm using an iPad pro 9.7inch, iOS 10.3.2, digits app v1.1.7.
I can barely use the app because it constantly(85% of the time) says it's inactive or will be active but not let me enter anything into the text message field or send any messages. This bug has existed since beta stages and seems to only have gotten worse. I find it hard to believe this isn't a known issue so Im curious why it hasn't been addressed. I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times, updates never fix it, I've signed in/signed out, toggled line inactive/active. Removed device from digits authorization and added it back. Please fix issue and make service reliable and usable. Thank you
it does the same thing for me on my cell phone. latest update seemed to have fixed it
Mine does the same thing. I find myself constantly checking the app to make sure it's active. I have 4 lines on it and they are for my business. I'm flooding tons of money here. I tried the update so well see if it works or not but there must be a reason for this.
