Hey, magenta2545180! snn_555 is right, unfortunately we can't take a peek at your account from this public forum. That said, we definitely want to help! When did this member of your family purchase their S7 Edge? If you're the Primary Account Holder and you purchased this phone from T-Mobile, you may be able to find out using MyT-Mobile. If you hit BILLING and then EIP, you can see when their installment plan started! Or if you purchased it from us but paid in full, you may be able to hit ACCOUNT HISTORY at the top of the page, then toggle to their line, and then select the "All (24 months)" option from the drop down to see all the events on their line.
If she's still within a year from the original purchase of a T-Mobile branded device, she's still under warranty. If you added JUMP! or PDP to the line, those services include a warranty extension, so all of this legwork might not even be necessary!
