Lost Band 12 Data in Center City Philadelphia


    Since late August, myself and fellow coworkers were not able to access the internet everyday after around 9:30 AM. We had no issues with data services before then. We work in an office building and can only receive Band 12. Despite showing a full signal bar, we can no longer access the internet.

        It sounds like the limited capacity of band-12 has been saturated in that cell. Except in a very few rural areas, T-Mobile's band-12 signal is only 5x5 MHz. Compare this with band-4, which is often up to 20x20 MHz. Do you know if your phone has CA (Carrier Aggregation)?  That can help in areas where only low-band uplink works but mid-band can help with downlink.
