I have a wifi-only iPad, and the DIGITS app does not work anymore. I sign in with my T-Mobile ID, and the app goes to, "Authenticating your device," and just sits there for literally hours without making any further headway. I have no such problem with either my Android phone or with the web app...and yes, that's only two other devices, so I'm not even close to the 5 device limit. Any insights?
Looks like some sort of stale data in your device is causing this mess. Have you tried to completely uninstalling the app, restarting your device, installing it and re login? Make sure you are logged out before you do the un-installation.
